A. Order Change & Cancellation Window
Iosarcade understands that plans can change right after placing an order. To support this, we provide a strict 4-hour window in which customers may request any order modification or a full cancellation.
This 4-hour period begins immediately after a successful purchase and is aligned with our automated production and fulfillment schedule. Once this window closes, orders typically enter stages that cannot be reversed.
To request a change or cancellation within this window, customers must contact us immediately by submitting a request through the “Contact Us” page or emailing support@iosarcade.com.
The official time of your request is determined by the timestamp of your email or support form submission. All requests must be submitted before the 4-hour deadline.
B. After the 4-Hour Window
Once the adjustment period expires, the order usually moves into processing, production, or packaging, making it non-modifiable.
After this stage, Iosarcade cannot guarantee the ability to cancel, modify, or adjust any part of the order, including size, quantity, color, or shipping details.
If an order proceeds to shipment because the request was made too late, the customer remains responsible for the purchase. Should the customer still wish to return the item, standard return policy terms and costs apply.
For these reasons, we strongly recommend double-checking your order details immediately after checkout.
C. Address Accuracy Requirements
Successful delivery depends entirely on the accuracy of the address entered during checkout. Customers are fully responsible for verifying that all information—street number, street name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and postal code—is complete and correct before submitting an order.
D. Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect Address
Iosarcade is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or lost packages caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to our facility because it was undeliverable due to an address error, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.
If the package is lost permanently as a result of the incorrect address, Iosarcade is not obligated to issue a refund or provide a replacement.
Once an order has shipped and tracking information is assigned, we cannot make any routing or address changes. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) for route adjustments, which may incur additional fees based on carrier policies.
