Refund and Return Policy

A. Return Window (30-Day Guarantee)

Iosarcade offers a 30-day return window on all eligible items. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to decide if the product is right for you. If it isn’t, you may request a return within this timeframe.
To qualify, items must be returned in the same condition you received them—unused, unwashed, unworn, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, or visible wear. All original tags must remain attached, and the item should be sent back in its original packaging or a secure equivalent. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be included.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected, and the cost to return the item to you may become your responsibility.

B. How to Start a Return

Iosarcade does not include prepaid return labels inside packages. Each return is unique, and we provide tailored instructions to ensure accuracy.
To initiate your return, email support@iosarcade.com. Our team will guide you through the steps and provide an authorized return label specific to your order.

C. What to Include in Your Return Request

For the fastest resolution, please include the following details when contacting support:
• Your Order Number and the Full Name used at checkout
• Proof of Purchase (a screenshot or confirmation email is acceptable)
• The Reason for the Return (e.g., wrong size, item arrived damaged, no longer wanted)
• Photo or video evidence if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
This information allows us to review your request quickly and issue the correct label or instructions.

D. What Happens After You Return the Item

Once your returned item reaches us, our quality assurance team inspects it—usually within 24 hours of receipt. You’ll receive an email update confirming whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 calendar days. While we process refunds immediately, your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account. If you do not see the refund after that period, we’re here to help.

E. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize. These situations are our responsibility, and we will resolve them quickly.
Iosarcade offers free replacements or refunds for issues caused by manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or order errors.
Please contact support@iosarcade.com right away and provide photos or video of the issue. All return shipping costs for these cases are fully covered by Iosarcade.

F. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that are damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped, or delivered in the wrong size due to our error.
If your situation qualifies, the exchange process is simple—email our team, and we will assist you with a free replacement. All return shipping fees will be covered when the error is ours.

G. Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 4 hours of placing it.
Orders may move to production or fulfillment immediately after being placed. Once production begins or the order is packed for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible. We will always try our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations after the 4-hour window cannot be guaranteed.
Before checking out, please double-check your shipping address carefully. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed delivery, and customers are responsible for the loss if the address provided is inaccurate. Iosarcade cannot cover costs associated with packages lost due to incorrect information entered at checkout.
