Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipment.

Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and recognized U.S. federal holidays).

  • Orders Placed After 7:00 PM EST: Any order placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Sunday will be queued for processing starting Monday or the next available business day.

Specialized Orders

  • Customization: Personalized items, custom-printed shirts, or special requests require an additional 1–3 business days for artwork preparation and production verification.

  • Bulk or Wholesale Orders: Orders exceeding 50 units may require 7–10 business days for processing, depending on stock and production capacity.

Daily Processing Cut-Off

For same-day processing, orders must be submitted by 7:00 PM EST. Orders received after this cut-off will automatically be processed the following business day.

At Iosarcade, we rely on trusted, nationally recognized carriers to deliver your order safely:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • DHL (available for certain regions and expedited services)

Shipping Costs

All domestic orders are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD.

Non-Serviceable Locations

Currently, we cannot ship to the following addresses:

  • Alaska and Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories (including Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa)

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO military mail addresses

We are actively exploring solutions to expand our shipping coverage to more locations in the future.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via your registered email (or SMS if you opted in). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after notification.

Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, as well as peak shopping periods, both processing and transit times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes and carrier congestion.

Recommendation: To ensure your order arrives on time, we advise placing orders 2–3 weeks in advance of major holidays or nationwide events.
